Why is there a boy in my Celebrity Look a Like?

MyHeritage - free family trees, genealogy and face recognition">

I thought this was pretty funny. What the heck is Jesse McCartney doing in my circle. Maybe he is the one who should be embarrassed looking like a girl. My friend Audrey had Patrick Swayze and Elvis Costello in hers. At least I am not alone when it comes to looking like a boy. Should I take it personally that it thinks that picture of Daryl Hannah is the best to compare me too? Her makeup is Nuts!! But to have Kelly Kapowski (I KNOW is didn't spell that right) is a dream come true....what girl didn't want to look like her on Sat. mornings watching Saved by the Bell?
Good Luck with yours? It's a good laugh for about 2 minutes.

Friends and Family

They are the best! We had such a good weekend with our friends and family. It started on Friday Night with a Dance Party/Game night with our small group from church. It was such a FUN night! We are very blessed with this group of people. We had a blast eating, dancing and playing boys verses girls in Catch Phrase. We totally beat the boys.

DANCE PARTY, Watch out!

Julie was awesome!
Traci made it hard for Jay to pass the game...hee hee hee.

Eveidently, I thought something was really funny. Not sure what though...

To bad, so sad you lost boyz!

Then Sunday night we went to one of my most favoritest (I know this isn't a real word but it means business when I use it) resturants in the Metroplex...Joe T Gracia's. Oh my goodness, That is some good food! We went with my saster (means "sassy sister") and bro-in-law. We had a really good time.

Hope everyone else had a good weekend!

Baby, Grammy's and Cookies....

So this past weekend I got to meet my new buddy, Campbell Murray. She was born 3 weeks ago and is SO precious! She's got some good parents too:) It was fun to hold her and it was fun to hand her back to her mama when she started crying.

Then on Sunday night we went over to the Duty's to watch the Grammy's. I know it doesn't sound that exciting but it was! The show was pretty good. Traci and I decided to give our own performance. The boys thought we were amazing.

So today is Valenitnes Day. I don't really care that much for it because it's just one day. I think everyday should be special:) My husband is a lucky guy, I know. Anyway, I do believe that Valentines is a day for eating all the sweets and snacks you can!! So I brought two of my favorite desserts to work today Rice Crispy treats (with regular & Cocoa crispies) and Funfetti cookies (thank you Kristen Grissom). Funfetti cookies are the most amazing and simple cookie you will every bake, next to slice and bake. Have you ever had them before? If not, I encourage you to try them. But don't blame me if you gain 10 pounds, because you will want to eat them ALL... promise.

Well that's all I got. Hope everyone had a good day!

Weekend Update...

So this weekend was good. Thank you for asking:)

I had breakfast at my FAVORITE breakfast spot in Dallas, Breadwinners. It is the best! That is another one of my bold statements but I really believe it. It has the best cinnamon rolls. I mean the best! I Highly reccomend you give it a shot. And if you don't live in Dallas, come see me and I will take you. Promise:)

SUPER BOWL!

Sunday, I hung out with my family for a Super Bowl party. It was a lot of fun and it was such a good game. See picture above.

Jason got so excited that it completly wore him out.

Evedintly this is a "Leigh Ann face". Who knew, not me.

And my sister was getting over a cold and being very modest about it.

I'm going to get in trouble for this picture, sorry mom.

Don't get me wrong, the game was good but so was this little cell phone game by sister and I got into. I beat her so bad.
Over all, it was a great evening with the family, and I am glad the Underdogs won.
Hope everyone else had a good weekend.
